Privacy policy
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- A delivery address, where you have asked for delivery.
- The centre you select, the language and number of sets, and any dedication or message you enter.
- For gift sponsorships, the name and — if you give them — the phone number and address of the recipient.
- Payment status information returned to us by PayU (such as a transaction identifier and whether the payment succeeded).
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card number, UPI ID, CVV, PIN, or net-banking credentials. These are entered on PayU's own secure pages and are handled entirely by them.
How we use it
Only to fulfil your sponsorship: to confirm it with you, arrange handover or delivery, print the dedication you asked for, issue receipts, and answer your queries. We may contact you about this campaign and about the set you sponsored.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with the payment gateway to process your payment, with the delivery person or centre team handling your set, and where we are required to do so by law.
Anonymous gifts
If you choose to give anonymously, no name is printed and your identity is not disclosed to the recipient. Your details remain with the temple office for accounting and receipting.
How long we keep it
Sponsorship records are kept as part of our donation accounts, as required for accounting and audit purposes.
Cookies
This site sets one small cookie to protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and — for our own team only — a sign-in cookie for the administration area. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
