1. What you are sponsoring
A sponsorship on this site is a donation towards the printing and distribution of Śrīmad Bhāgavatam. Depending on the option you choose, a complete set is either delivered to you, handed over to a recipient you name, or placed by ISKCON Chennai with someone who has requested a set.
2. Prices and availability
The prices shown are the sponsorship cost of one complete set in the language chosen, and are inclusive of delivery within Chennai. Prices may be revised at any time; the price shown at the moment you complete your sponsorship is the price that applies to you. Sets are subject to availability of stock in each language. If a set in your chosen language is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative language, a later dispatch, or a refund.
3. Delivery and collection
- Delivery within Chennai city limits is free of charge.
- Sets may also be collected from the temple or from the centre you select on the form. We will contact you when your set is ready.
- For addresses outside Chennai, please contact us before sponsoring. Courier charges, where applicable, will be told to you in advance.
- Delivery timelines are indicative. Sets are usually handed over around or after Bhadra Purnima, and we will keep you informed.
4. Printed dedications
Where you have chosen a gift sponsorship, the name you enter is printed on a dedication label placed inside the set. Please check the spelling before you submit — once printing has begun the name cannot be changed. We reserve the right to decline any name or message that is offensive, commercial, or unrelated to the offering.
5. Payments
Online payments are handled by PayU, a payment gateway licensed to operate in India. ISKCON Chennai does not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank account details. If you choose to pay at the temple or a centre, your booking is held pending payment and may be released if payment is not completed within a reasonable time.
6. Your information
The details you give are used to fulfil your sponsorship, to issue receipts, and to keep you informed about this campaign. Please see our privacy policy.
